Hey all!

I signed up a while back but didn't do anything but lurk and see what was being made. Now, I have a decent digital camera and a hankering to make a dio-story!

Would appreciate some advice before I start.

1) Should I use figure stands or is that really too distracting?

2) What level of light is best for picture taking?

3) I'm a bit limited in terms of set pieces. Does anyone know of more places than just build-a-rama where I can find Joe scale items? Things like telephones, computers, chairs, and especially any buildings.

4) Would anyone be willing to host my dio-pics once they're ready for viewing?

Thanks a bunch for any responses!

1. Up to you. I prefer NOT to use them for a more "realistic" look.

2. Up to you. I think even the greatest most experienced photographer still has to experiment to some degree.

3. This is popular:

- You can get other access from other lines like PTE, BBI Elite Force, Starwars, whatever.

- Make your own (foam core, styrofoam, wood, plastic, whatever)

4. Try blog sites like:

Hope this helps a little and Good Luck!
