Where to order GI Joes in CANADA?

Then on top of that it's taxed. There's been times I've had to pay the Post Office up to 50% of what the item is worth. the same here. I just paid $5 for a figure and $25 for the shipping...

I hear ya. I sent something down to Brazil and was going to send it by courier (UPS,FedEx, et.al.) and found that between them the USPS was cheapest. I don't know about the Dutys or taxes, but you've got my sympathy for the extra costs. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help (middleman kind of thing).
