Flooding The Page - Rule
Some of the newer folks might NOT remember this particular ruling, but the JD has a 6-picture limit. Please do not post 6 pictures in a row.
Either space 'em out or if you are trying to tell a story, sometimes it's best to host the shots yourself and make a post in the forum. I am deleting random shots if you are over the 6-shots in a row limit. Please try and let others post too.
This was a ruling made by the members here about a year ago.

Rule.
Hey Guys.
Was this ever posted up in the rules section? I don't recall it being posted there, i remember we all discussed it and just agreed that it was more a courtesy thing, like if you actually had more than 6 shots, you would just space them out over a few days, so you were never flooding the page with 20+ shots.
I think this is a fair idea isn't it. I mean we could miss someones great one shot work due to flooding..
I think this rule goes to the term quality rather than quantity, and hey if you do have alot of shots then maybe hosting them yourself at flickr.com or photobucket would be a better option.

JoeDios was never meant to host every frame of someone's dio. It's for one-shots in the photos section, and for the first image for a dio hosted elsewhere. If too many people try to host all their images here, we'll run out of hard drive space.

I've been here for 2 days and allready 2 of my 3 pictures were removed. can someone explain? Obviously I didn't go over the 6 pics limit. I find it very frustrating that they were removed and no one bothered to send me a message letting me know why. if this can be addressed I would be very gratefull. thanks

Try putting the pictures in the correct section. Dioramas are usually reserved for an ad for your dio (which is hosted elsewhere). Photos is best reserved for 1 shots. A single foto with word balloons a dio story it doesn't make.

Thats fine I understand and will correct my posting in the future, but a PM wouldn't hurt. example-"hey make sure you post single shots in the photos section, thanks"
I would have moved them
