Default My Library (lots of pictures!)

Others have done it before, so I thought I'd share the room where I keep most of my collectibles. However, since this isn't really very Joe-intensive, I'm not putting it on the front page. But I wanted to share anyway, hence the following. Oh, and please forgive the quality, but it's too dark to take pictures in the room without the lights on-- but when the lights are on, they reflect off everything. Plus, I sort of did this on a whim, and I wasn't trying to win any awards with my photography. That said, here it is:

This is how the room appears when you look in through the door:

Going counterclockwise through the room, we start on the right-hand wall where you'll see lithographs of everyone's favorite Decepticons, Megatron and Shockwave:

Continuing to move left, you'll see a movie poster for the original Transformers: The Movie, and a poster of Spider-Man in his black costume:

Now it gets interesting. To the immediate left of the Spidey poster is a bookcase containing the following:
Top shelf: a statue of Marvel's Adam Warlock, a She-Hulk action figure, and several Marvel trade paperbacks.
Second shelf: A Hobgoblin action figure, Titanium Rodimus Prime, and several DVDs.
Third shelf: Power Man and Iron Fist action figures, a Batman action figure, and several more DVDs.
Fourth shelf: Autobot starship the Ark, Master Shake of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and even more DVDs.
Fifth shelf: An assortment of Marvel Legends figures, and the boxes of Masterpiece Optimus Prime, Starscream, and Megatron.
Sixth shelf: CDs and roleplaying games.

To the left of that bookcase is a second bookcase, housing:
Top shelf: A bunch of random collectibles including Masterpiece Megatron and Starscream, busts of Destro and the Baroness, Hasbro's reissue Soundwave (with his cassettes), a Moon Knight bust, a Starscream PVC figure, an Aqua Teen Hunger Force mini-figure boxed set, a Barry Bonds/Willie Mays figure boxed set, busts of Ironhide and Prowl, and all six original Generation One mini-bots (Windcharger, Brawn, Gears, Huffer, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper).
Second shelf: Several SOTA Street Fighter figures, a bunch of Marvel hardcovers and X-Men trade paperbacks, and a Storm figure.
Third shelf: Figures of Dragonball's Nappa, Vegeta, Goku, Piccolo, Cell, and Freeza, and some anime DVDs.
Fourth shelf: Classics Jetfire, Marvel Legends Captain Marvel, and some trade paperbacks-- Mostly Marvel, but a few other miscellaneous ones too.
Fifth shelf: a Bunch of coffee table books on Marvel Comics, Star Wars, Star Trek, Uncle Scrooge, and Donald Duck, plus little Decepticon PVCs.

And to the left of that bookcase is --drum roll-- another bookcase! Its contents include:
Top shelf: A bunch of paperback Star Trek novels (and a few others), plus a display of 1970s-era Marvel Legends Avengers.
Second shelf: Paperback Star Wars and Robotech novels (plus a few others including the complete Sherlock Holmes), and a display of 1970s-era Marvel Legends X-Men.
Third shelf: A display of assorted Marvel Legends.
Fourth Shelf: Hardcover Star Wars, Star Trek, and Marvel novels, plus Robot Masters Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker, and Marvel Legends Mr. Sinister.
Fifth shelf: A display of 1990s-era Marvel Legends X-Men (plus the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants), a Batman figure, and some Marvel trade paperbacks.
Sixth shelf: Disney comic albums from my childhood, roleplaying games, and a shrine of multiple Generation One Optimus Prime figures.
