TG was my go-to guy for the 25th. But since I prefer to keep it open to anyone who wants in and TG would take the 25th if nobody wanted in... Uhmmmm, what was I saying? Oh right. Something about the 25th actually being open.
And I'm always willing to give up my spot.

January's Target Range
Hi,
I've been thinking alot about my slot 25th January. I was wondering how I would find out which characters have been done .. say in the last 2-3 months.. I really don't want to redo someone who's been done recently.. does anyone have a shortlist of which characters have been done?
Thanks
N*E*F

Go into the Photos section so you get the second toolbar with "Upload" and everything - the far right has a "Search" option. Use that and you can do a search through the photos by Keywords - just put Target Range in there and you should pull up every pic with Target Range in its title.
Otherwise, you'll just have to go through the pics page by page...

Duely noted.
Duely noted, many thanks stormer I'll do that later on this afternoon. I'm looking forward to seeing TG's Target Range. So far we've had GI JOE Colton and Dr.Mindbender.. I wonder who's next?

You can always suggest the chars you are interested in doing and Im' sure one of us will let you know if he/she's been done already. I kept a list for about 5 months but everything got so diverse, I chucked it. It's pretty much a free game right now. Plus, vehicles can be used too. I'll have to remember to update that for next month.

Practice Time and Characters.
Ok having thought about my Target Range and who I'd like to do I am pretty convinced I have the characters sorted.
G.I.Joe: Countdown/Stalker
Cobra: T.A.R.G.A.T
Now I have 2 selected for the GIJOEs because I want to do Countdown I just don't have this guy in my ranks yet. He's on the way from a deal I made and so if he arrives here before the deadline it will be him. If I don't get him in time I'm going with Tundra Ranger Stalker.
Now with The enemy I've chosen T.A.R.G.A.T from the Iron Grenadiers. I was experimenting this afternoon and found a few things out about my camera. Even though this might come across as a tad novicey/amateur. I found out that by using a night time or portrait shot during the afternoon/evening enhances the subject and yet darkens the background they are up against. In this photo:
I wasn't really aware that by selecting Night Time or Profile mode on my camera would mean the sky/background would be darkened. So not only did I learn something about my camera and its uses I also learned that fun can be had while going almost freezin cold, I just thoguht I'd share this moment of learning with my fellow Joe Friends.

Thanks for this..
How flawed this whole thing is.. I've posted my idea within a week someone beat me to the figure because their date was before mine?
I'd been practicing getting a good shot and angle for my Target Range.. and my whole picture/project attempt was based around the 1989 TARGAT. To counter this on the joe side I was going to shoot countdown.. which i got in the mail this morning. Now someone else (mirage army) thanks man.. has posted before me.
This also isnt the only flaw.. I distinctly remember someone else posting a Target Range pic on the same day as Stormers.. which I know he wasn't pleased about. So my date is on the 25.01?
Excellent.. I have less than a week to find a cool figure and get all my practice in.. I honestly dont think I'll bother.
