There are plenty of things to hate about the 25th....articulation issues, size issues, the fact that the progression of the line didn't gradually go from ARAH to these smoothly (We should have had a few improvements to the new sculpts, then a few generations to gradually institute changes until the whole line was changed to how the 25th is now). The thing that REALLY urks me has nothing to do with the toys, it has to do with the fact hasbro basically changed the line THAT radically and then acts like the want you to "re-buy" the whole line.

I mean how would you feel if Sigma Six had caught like wildfire and Hasbro cancelled the 3 3/4 inch line? That;s how I feel right now. Thank God for the GIJCC!

Well, my primary dislike is simply the lack of new design vehicles, redoing vehicles done 25 years ago is not something I really want to see going on and on especially since it's the same vehicles that have been reissued in the past with a few modifications, we've had the vamp,awe-striker, sharc, hiss, conquest and rattlers in previous joe reincarnations and all these are looking their age today, I honestly get more interested in new chap mei vehicles than joes these days

1) Duke arms. I've never been a huge fan of Duke, but when his crappy arms were used for Flint, it was ON!!! And I do think it's a real shame those arms have been used for so many of the original 13.

2) Articulation. I wish there was a standard all the figures had to adhere to (Tomax and Xamot would actually be a decent standard); the only exception being where the wrist cut is.

3) Hands should be standard, though I do appreciate the fists.

4) Repainting heads. No. Just... no.

5) They STILL haven't released all the characters from '85

Have fun, all!!!

I an in agreement with your statements as a 25th supporter. The size of the figs I like because they are true 1:18th scale now.

Two major gripes for me. One is distribution, as I haven't seen nearly as much available in stores and it takes forever for my local stores to catch up to what is new. The other is the durability of the figures. I had all my 25th on display in my room and decided to take them down an noticed that their leg joints were significantly looser than when I first purchased them. I had them up for a while, but they shouldn't have loosened up that quickly. Did this happen to anyone else.

To me the 25th line is a lot like the Sgt. Savage line. They look great compared to the stuff that had been out before them but I just can't get over the scale issue. I simply can't afford to essentially start over with my collection. The fact that they have articulation issues as well is an added annoyance. As such I kind of look at these as being mini-statues that will buy from time to time. I'm not a completest and I'm not an army builder when it comes to these things. I also feel that a lot of these figures will be redone within the next 5 years and end up looking even better. That's the way it was with Star Wars.
