Here's the deal. I have NO access to ebay here in Iraq. But before I left I was looking to buy some of the con figures namely Long Arm and Shockwave. (not a big fan of the Old School Lowlight as I have 4 versions of the 2 variants). But I noticed in more than one case that ShockWave was listed as ShockBlast.

Does anyone out there have the filecard? If so, is the con figure molded from Shockwave V1 ShockWave or ShockBlast? Are they the same person new name? Or two different Characters?
