Ok, based on the filecards (not my JoeVerse), if a platoon of Vipers went up against a platoon of NeoVipers, who would win???

well, since the neo viper is supposed to be a better version of the viper, then there is no choice. but they do not exist in my joe verse. the vipers are best, dont need an update. like the b.a.t.s, the only get worse.

The Neos would win against a 'green' Squad of vipers but a squad of veteran vipers ? its a toss up because the vet's would have a lot of experience.

The Neo Vipers are gentically enhanced, but it depends on a lot of factors;
Weapons Terrain element of suprise morale but if all factors were equal, I'd say the neo vipers would come out ahead. |

Since the Vipers are meant to be the most lowly of the Cobra forces (their filecards don't really take Troopers into account), but Neo-Vipers are selected for artificial augmentation to make them more effective soldiers and I'd have thought it'd be unlikely they'd pick the more inept soldiers to go to that trouble with, I have to say the Neo-Vipers would most likely come out on top.
