Ok, based on the filecards (not my JoeVerse), if a platoon of Vipers went up against a platoon of NeoVipers, who would win???

neovipers hands down

The Neos would win against a 'green' Squad of vipers but a squad of veteran vipers ? its a toss up because the vet's would have a lot of experience.

The Neo Vipers are gentically enhanced, but it depends on a lot of factors;

Weapons
Terrain
element of suprise
morale

but if all factors were equal, I'd say the neo vipers would come out ahead.

The Neo-Vipers suck, they would all die :eek: because the Vipers rule!

Since the Vipers are meant to be the most lowly of the Cobra forces (their filecards don't really take Troopers into account), but Neo-Vipers are selected for artificial augmentation to make them more effective soldiers and I'd have thought it'd be unlikely they'd pick the more inept soldiers to go to that trouble with, I have to say the Neo-Vipers would most likely come out on top.
