Default Helljester & Outrider's neat boxes/doors

Both these guys have come up with cool looking dio stuff. Helljester creates boxes, crates and chairs while Outrider has done metal grating and doors. Now, I'm hearing people are using cardstock for these crates of Helljester. GIJock and I have discussed this and we dont' get it. Last I checked, cardstock was kinda thick so how are you guys printing these out? What paper are you feeing thru your printers?

The solution I came up with was to print them on full page A4 sticky labels, and then stick them on to thicker card. Works a treat!

I just print it on a normal A4 paper, you just have to take care. But works really fine.
