First off;
Just kidding! I just wanted to use that image! LOL!
As for using Testors paint, it comes out gooey at times. The best paint I have found to paint figures is the Games Workshop stuff they use on the WarHammer 40000 figures!
Before you start taking apart random figures, you need to make sure you have a clear idea of what you want the figure to look like and pick figures that look as close to that as possible. Nothing is worse than having 2,000 parts laying around and end up waiting for a month for a Duke V7 head!
The only things I would superglue is if I had ammo pouches from GoodtogoCustoms.com or something similar. Don't glue guns and helmets on!!

A screwdriver! DANG! That's what I been doing wrong all these years. I've been smashing Joes between two rocks and using spit to hold the pieces together. Thanks for the tip.
