Death_at_Midnight Cobra R & D Offline --> Posts: 4,001 --> Join Date: Nov 2008	Custom Sci-Fi Greetings all! Here's one of my favorite Joes, Sci-Fi! Anyway, I'm not really happy with this green. So this is still a work-in-progress. Still needs work.. especially the paint job. But all the basic elements are there. Still, I might want to add a pouch or two for a wearable computer. Agreed. I'll be looking for a better color this week. At least I can use this green as a base.

rds13601 I'm insane Offline --> Posts: 3,125 --> Join Date: Dec 2006	Sci fi It is a great figure. A small tip when painting figures is to use dullcoat. It is available at every hobby shop. This will help reduce the shine on the paint dramatically. I use it when painting figs. A great figure and concept. I like it alot!!!!

Much as I'm not too crazy about the noen colours of figures, Sci-Fi for some reason could pull it off without looking stupid. Maybe beacause he was the original neon clad Joe. Some brighter green would do him some good. __________________ The United States will conquer Terrorism with the help of God and a few Marines. Some people, when trying to avoid thinking about those things that cause them pain, turn to drink, or perhaps food, or drugs... I turn not to any of those... I collect action figures, turning my mind to the hunt, so that I might find a mote of peace... Over the years, I've found that alcoholism is much more socially acceptable by far.
