So many of the characters look alike these days...Alley Viper, Beach-Head and Firefly...until they gave Firefly some crazy mask.

Yeah, they dumped the actor likenesses. Aryan hunk Duke is back, no more goateed emo Duke.

Cobra Commander will not be a mail-in but a chase figure. That means if I find one I can sell it for more than I paid! Thanks for making everyday euthsiasts into scalpers, Hasbro!

I might pick up that AWE if it's $15. The Sky Hawk is fugly, I might have gotten a straight recolor of the 25th one I missed. The polar attack track and doom cycle don't do much for me. If only they worked in the Stinger.

The larger vehicles look okay, but the HISS driver looks like a mess of thrown together parts and gear, though.

The Mechs hold little appeal to me.

The figures back in 2001 look good, very modern, possibly like they're from the year 2010. Hmmm, there's a link there, Dr. Dorman, but I don't see it. Would you like me to sing a song? Daisy...Daisy....

There isn't anything there to tempt me other than the Vamp 4x4 vehicle. The Sky Hawk repaint is a joke, the hew Hiss is a piece of sci fi fluff, and the AWE Striker/Snow Cat/Rage repaints are lazy. The Mechs? I don't think so...

Not GI JOE, but Iron Man has a ROCC-like mobile base.

IRON VAN

At first I thought it reused parts, but it seems to be all new.

Both the POC and resolute 7 pack figs look terrific

i do think the heads on the resolute Scarlett and Baroness looks odd but there still time for Hasbro to fix them

Wow.
When can we expect to see these guys on store shelves?
I'll definately be getting the Cobra five pack, the Destro and Baroness are awesome and Zartan is one of his best sculpts.
I really like the new packaging, but it looks like we're still stuck with the half-assed file cards.
I'm glad to see Duke isn't stuck with Channing Tatums's goofy looking head.
I'll be picking up a couple of those new HISSes and a VAMP as well.
Can never go wrong with some great looking new Fireflys, I'm not too sure about his head, but that can be easily changed if I don't like them.

Some people, when trying to avoid thinking about those things that cause them pain, turn to drink, or perhaps food, or drugs... I turn not to any of those... I collect action figures, turning my mind to the hunt, so that I might find a mote of peace... Over the years, I've found that alcoholism is much more socially acceptable by far.
