Taking apart 25A figures
Has anyone taken apart 25A figures? Can they be taken apart?
I have a Gung-Ho with backwards arms I'd like to fix but they seem to be attached pretty good. I had a hell of a time taking Duke's leg apart and I'm afraid of doing permanent damage to the arms.

there is an overview picture somewhere... I'll mail it to you if someone doesn't post it soon.
It works, but its a lot of work (at least for me) - but I have no experience taking apart the ARAH either, only thing I did with those was change the O-rings from time to time.

take a flat head screw driver hit the back of the toy and twist it should pop open, or hit it with a hammer not to hard,

Thanks, it worked. Got a little damage on the seams but his vest will cover it.
I understand why customizers prefer ARAH figures, they seem like Lego compared to 25As. It felt like I was on the verge of destroying the figure the whole time. But Gung-Ho is tough, he came through ok. I won't be trying that again.
