Taking apart 25A figures

I have a Gung-Ho with backwards arms I'd like to fix but they seem to be attached pretty good. It works, but its a lot of work (at least for me) - but I have no experience taking apart the ARAH either, only thing I did with those was change the O-rings from time to time.

if i recall this right gun ho was one of the figures people have trouble taking apart. from what i had heard

Thanks, it worked. Got a little damage on the seams but his vest will cover it.

I understand why customizers prefer ARAH figures, they seem like Lego compared to 25As. It felt like I was on the verge of destroying the figure the whole time. But Gung-Ho is tough, he came through ok. I won't be trying that again.
