(posted by Deanne on behalf of Craig) Tuesday - Hey guys, still in hospital recovering from the surgery. Things are coming along ok, probably be a few more days in here. Thanks to everyone for your kind thoughts, it means a lot to me (I printed the forum for Craig to read). I'm looking forward to getting back on the boards, posting pics and checking out everyone's great shots!!
Awesome, awesome news! So glad to hear things are looking up, Craig! Knew you could do it! And thank you, Deanne for keeping us posted!

Hey guys, I'm back! Just got home from the hospital today, and though I still feel like I've been hit by a truck, I just wanted to let everyone know the news, and it's mostly good. The main tumor is completely gone now and for the first time the doctors are talking about full recovery. There are however still a few very small cancerous spots remining around the area where the main tumour was, as well as the spots on the liver, so some further treatment (non surgical) will be in line when I recover from the surgery. They also discovered I have a minor heart problem which I have to see a cardiologist about, but it's not life threatening or anything.
I gotta say it was a close run thing again though - by the time I got to the hospital, I needed 9 units of blood just to keep me alive until they could operate.
Whilst I'm still not feeling up to taking pics just yet, I'm going to spend some time over the next few days catching up with everyone else's great work.
And finally, thanks to everyone for your unwavering support, it really lifted my spirits during those long days and nights in hospital. You guys are the best!

Words fail to express how awesome it is to see you back here Craig. You are to be commended for staying as strong as you did during all this. May your strength continue throughout the next few weeks and months while you recover from this surgery, and continue your treatment.
Have a well earned rest my friend, you deserve it.
Welcome back sir! It is so nice to hear some good news from you. Rest and recover, and we all look forward to seeing your pics here again. God Bless!
