Welcome Back! Extended downtime update
Hi all,
My apologies for the extended downtime. The server JoeDios is on had a hardware failure and had to be shipped back to the site admin. He fixed it, and while he was in there, upgraded the hard drives. Sean, the admin, and I are long time friends. He let me know that JD was using 10 Gigs of space, from 60,000 files, and that's what was taking so long to restore. 4 days of uploading! Anyway, on his request, I foot the bill for the drives, since JoeDios takes up FAR more space than any other site on the server, and was happy to do so. I will be setting up a Facebook Group so we will have a place to communicate should the site ever go down again. Thanks all! |

We were all experiencing withdrawal symptoms from the absence of Joedios.com the past few weeks.
Now we're able to get our daily fix from its return. Welcome back!  Also, I'd like to mention that this site is not able to maximize small pics to its original large file size. Any chance that this could be fixed? Last edited by miragearmor : 11-24-2009 at 07:23 PM. |

I believe the problem of us uploading recent stuff is... uh... Let's just say for Death's own website (in the works), he's having the same problem. Maybe he has it fixed but... Anyway... the create a folder for a file thing is beyond me but it's a universal thang for websites. Just fyi.
