I'm not going to got back and forth publicly-its redundant and ridiculous. Everyone is going to post their thoughts and opinions. But not everyone has to agree with them. That's one of the points of a public forum. Most people would do well to remember the clearly stated site rules and regulations regarding interaction between members and the matter of respect for said thoughts/opinions.
I will address the BSA question though.
Simply put, this site is owned by Hammerfel. His son is a member of the BSA. If someone came across his site and saw something untoward and lodged a sexual complaint, there would be a great deal of aggravation that came down on the site owner, up to and possibly including fines and/or jail time. In turn that would force him to close the site altogether. I suppose that would end all this drama once and for all wouldn't it??
The BSA is geared toward teaching moral and ethical treatment of one's self and through that, everyone else. In layman's terms, using good common sense at all times. Additionally, the military looks to the BSA to work toward new recruits (much the same way they do with HS Marching Bands and the like), to continue to fill the ranks of the military. Guns, explosions and violence are 'the norm' in the military-gratuitous sexual innuendo isn't, at least not publicly.
That's the whole point I'm making. Use some common sense and don't attempt to be asinine just to 'win friends and be cool'. Watching the Joes blow up a Cobra base is a whole lot different than watching the figures bump 'n grind, clothed or otherwise.
And its not about 'seeing things that aren't really there'. Its about knowing the difference between what's right and wrong. Obviously the picture was wrong (and the last in a long line of infractions by the member, according to the Admin staff). As such, the actions determined the outcome. Its no one else's business what transpired between Cory and the staff.

Come on people, they're fully clothed toys, they can't have sex. Maybe someone can imply it but it takes the viewer to imagine it. I know somebody will say that JoeDios can't have "sexy" shots because of younger viewers but how can you tell them sex is bad but killing is acceptable?
What's going to be censored next? These are toys, don't take them so seriously.

Agreed 100%
I couldn't have said it better. This situation has become absurd.

I'm probably a little late on this matter but when reading all of your posts... this whole thing seems blown out of porportions...They're toys afterall.
And this is coming from a guy that havent even seen the mentioned "chocolate city" picture. I' mean I consider having a pretty warped sense of humor myself, I laugh to things that are crude, vile, and just inapropriate...but thats because I understand that sometimes "humor" has to be taken a little over the top to be funny...not always, but sometimes. (eg. bathroom jokes...to me they are funny cos' they are so bad/corny).
Or like a very bad movie that becomes funny because it is so freaking bad that its sad for the people who made it, cos' they were dead serious when making it.
Seeing FF's pictures and reading some of his posts have pretty much given me a picture of what kind of guy he is and what can be expected of him...so picture like this in question would have been funny for me (if I would have seen it).

So I'll agree to this 100%
Which is worse, seeing something that is completly natural behaviour for humans, or seeing people get killed in 100 different ways...blood everywhere etc.
and before anyone starts, yes they are toys, so sex is not "normal" for them...well neither is killing or anything else except being motionless pieces of plastic.
But in the end, this is Hammerfels site, and the ultimate decision lies in his judgement of what he wants shown in his website.
And I cant understand how boy scouts are relevant to this conversation even if someone put a gun on my head... or why are they even brought up...but hey, thats just me...

Me either. The funniest thing about this whole thread was the "jail time" comment. Give me a break! We are not blithering idiots!
The BSA also has a political agenda.
The military also look to the long haired skater rats at the mall for recruits. I have even seen recruiters talking to gang-bangers in their colors!
One more thing - remember "Tail-Hook" or Abu Ghraib (those pics they were naked)? So yeah, the military has sex scandals as well.
It was not long ago someone else was being told to read the rules & regs.
Congrats fireflyed & keep your nose clean!

Amen, Dave I've never seen recruiters chasing the lower class, minorities or seventeen year olds with promises of three squares, college or world travel If you are pro BSA, though, follow this link... http://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-l...tmaster/999462/
