Recently I trick...er...allowed my wife to paint one of my custom figures (General Colton) and she got hooked...kinda. She is more than happy helping with design issues and detailed painting. Right now she's working on another custom and a duplicate head for Guillotine (needed for a future dio idea).
My kids have no choice but to indulge me...their both too young to really have an opinion. My friends are ambivilant about the whole thing, although I do have one friend who talks like when he gets some spare time he'd like to help out.

My Friends, well, as sad as it may seem, the closest things to friends are the people I interact with on here, so yes, they support me.
My Family? Well, my family lives on the other coast, so, I guess not, but then again, Mom and Dad bought about 75% of my 1982-1990 Joes, to include looking for them when I was in Germany. So yeah, they DID support me!
My Wife? Well, shes like to complain every payday and ask; "How much do you owe on auctions?" and then gives me the; But a few days later I'll ask her ; "Can I get some guns/figures/vehicles from Marauder/ Smalljoes/GIJOEHQ ?" and she reluctantly says yes. And she let me spend over $550.00 on a 14' long model bailey bridge! So, yeah, she supports me! And she loves telling her friends that her husband has 1,800 GIJoe figures and a Garage full of vehicles and playsets to includee 3 model bridges!!
