I'm about to post it now. I'll post the PSD file and a jpeg. The reason I think the PSD is better is because it's slightly transparent at the edges, which the jpeg wouldn't be. But for people without Photoshop I'll put that up too.

EDIT: I didn't realize we can't post PSD files, so I've put up the jpeg. It should still work fine though.

If you just did a light beam, all Blowtorch would have to do is move it around as he likes, make it bigger or smaller, play with transparency, etc... so in theory, the edges wouldn't matter cuz he'd erase what he doesn't need.

I did look at the file, but I didn't use it. I didn't feel like cropping then erase what I didn't need. However it is an excellent template that I'm sure will come it handy later on. I did just finish this off. I think it came out pretty good.

I thought of that after I did it, and I'm going to figure out the best why to do it.

The truth is I only have one the other 4 are photoshoped into the picture.
