I'd set him up on the desk and anytime I had a problem, Spock would remind me that through logic I could figure it out. Of course I didn't always get the answer right but it was poetic nonetheless. Unfortunately is was also "girl repellent" and it was something I was never able to bounce back from until high school...

Not the first time I heard about things like this either. Also, someone else had gotten suspended for bringing 1 green plastic army man.

I remember the 8th grade...i just got glasses (i now wear contacts), grew 3 more inches (after 6 the previous year), and started to realize that my calling was to scientific research. Also bought some of my last joes that year.
