I agree on the width issue of not wanting to cause sideways-scrolling, it gets annoying when you have to do that to read longer posts because someone's sig forces a wider post area. My personal preference is to keep them small, and ideally I'd say to keep it to a size that you can see at least one other post while yours is on the screen (if it's a short post). I find it somewhat annoying when you have to scroll to get through a single post when it's all sig apart from like one line of new text. I've been put off participating in other message boards when you've had to put in some effort to be able to tell the difference between sig and actual post due to all the huge/multiple pictures, quotes, links, animations, etc clogging up the page! __________________ * * * * * Come check out my Flickr account for more pics of my collection and additional shots from my JoeDios photoshoots.
