I asked the store worker who just said they had a pallet of them donated to the store. As i mentioned it's a seasonal/thrift shop that pops up around this time of year. They seemed to be made from a mold or cast of some sort. No markings at all or packaging. The material is a sturdy foam (not 7-11 Ice cooler) but a hard type (think bicycle helmet from the 80s) i'm not saying they are unbreakable but if you don't sit on them they'll be cool.
