This is a great custom I must have missed it when you originally posted it, I almost totally ignore the rating system I'm happy if I get a 5 but if I don't it really doesn't bother me, like a lot of others have said just pay attention to the comments that's the true rating system

It was a great custom, don't worry about the 1 star phantom. I'm like everyone else, I go by the comments my pictures get, and if I like a picture I see I give feedback not stars.
