I'm not all that interested in most of the specialty Vipers, so I pretty much have one of each except:

Other than those, I have a few duplicates here and there like 2 Siegie Immortals, 2 Desert Scorpions, 2 Flak Vipers (one blue and one neon pinkish-red), and 2 Incinerators.

I've done a little bit of army-building with the 25th figures too. I have:
5x Cobra Troopers (1 five-pack, 2 single cards, 2 Legions)
3x Cobra Officers (1 single card, 2 Legions [except as I detailed in the forum, one of the Legions versions lacks his officer helmet])

If/when they release the red-logo trooper on a single card, I'll probably get one of those too. I also plan to get one Siegie plus the comic pack which will give me a second (and a Scar-Face Cobra Officer too!)
