I agree, big sigs bug the heck outta me!

You know I'll gladly change my signature size, upon creation of the signatures and the how to section I did ask administration about what the limit would be.. because their isn't an actual limit.. i don't see what the fuss is about.
I quite like my sig, plus if I resize this one.. it will mean firefly will have a majorly squashed head..

If theres a geniune limit on height and width then let the admin/mods enforce it. Until this is agreed upon mine stays as it is.

I'm behind you all the way on this Rich. If they didn't set a limit then why complain.

Because misfit.. some people.. and I do mean "some" are just never happy.. they never have a utopia.. and always find something to pick at.
I don't even have a signature on some forums.. and I only created one here.. and done a how to section on it to try and bring some positivity to the forum.
Yet despite this.. and despite me being away for a while.. I can see classrooms don't change..
Makes me wonder when some of you jabroni's are going to cut this place some slack and just enjoy it..

Jay, I'm sorry that you don't like the sigs that some of the other members have created. Unfortunately, as long as it fits into the prescribed height/width limits, then it's acceptable.........

For all the rest, please use your best judgement.......making it 'bigger' is only going to exascerbate the problem.........


And you've all been doing so well...........let's not get petty about something like this, Hmmmmmmm?

I gotta admit, Jay has a point. It isn't about quashing anyones creative talent. I personally LOVE Rich's Siganture. It is awesome! But could it be a little smaller? Yeah. Mine was Huge and nasty (remember the TROLL BUSTERS Logo I had?!? Tell Me noone found that loud beast annoying!!)The main reason I took it off is because a lot of people focused on the graphic and not what I was saying. This whole website is about being creative....nothing wrong with that...but in the "Forums" section...... It's more about creating "too much" clutter when someone tried to read the threads. I know on some sites I have gone totally past an important post in the thread because the poster has a HUGE bunch of graphics and meaningless crap in his signature. (just like I had at one time) It hasn't scome to that around here, but I think Jay may see it going that direction and has expressed his concern...

And by rights, you have expressed yours. "There is no limit, so what's the fuss?"

Can't we find a happy medium? Rich, I think your signature is fine, I think Jay was commenting on all the members who copied you, and unlike you, posted tons of links, and meaningless quotes in their signature on top of a large graphic.

Ok. I've found a solution.. I've taken down my signature.. but i'll tell you this.. Jay will find something else to b***h about soon enough.. it's the only reason he's here.. he's uncreative, totally negative and i personally don't think his argument or thread holds any water whatsoever.
