Fond Farewell
The guys at Work held a going away lunch for myself and another Marine that are leaving soon. For weeks they have asked me what I wanted on my Plaque. I kept telling them; "Anything but Sigma Six". Guess what? They didn't listen...ok, actually they did, but being the jokers they are, they couldn't let me slide and well, see what they gave me yourself;
The backdrop is the Company Logo for Bravo Company Marine Corps Communications Electronics School...also known as the Tactical Communications Training School....
The Inscription reads " SSgt Franklin N. Nash 31 July '02 - 31 July '07 To the Instructor who dropped more Students than "Sigma Six" All the While drinking his G.D. Scotch Thanks for not quitting. From the DTS Marines of "B" Co MCCES, 29 Palms, CA SEMPER FIDELIS.
It was poking fun at the fact that I would try NOT to drop students and I hate Sigma Six! Around Work when I would get frustrated, I would walk into the instructor office, say "I need a God D*** Scotch!" , then I would throw my cover on the deck and say "F**K it! I Quit!!" Even though I'm not a Sigma Six Fan, I LOVE this! These guys really put a lot of thought into busting my butt on this one! Gotta love these guys!

I guess it's time to move, eh? Good luck.
For the record, you DID get an awesome S6 figure. Sure, I was a fan and all, but there were a lot of hit and misses. But Grand Slam, that's one of the BETTER figures.

Yeah, that's the funny thing! I was looking at Sigma Six figures the other day and said "Well, If I ever DO get one...it would have to be Grand Slam! He looks sooo damn cool!" Like they read my mind! LOL!
With all this crap about "Hey, they got the Stock numbers for the 25th at WalMart" and "A friend of a friend of a Friend of my cousins ex-girlfriends cousin said he saw a shipment at TRU in the back room", I'm about to torch my whole damn collection and get some 12" figures or Sigma Six to hold me over! You would figure the guys who make Power Team Elite or The Corps would see the void and take a shot at getting our cash while we're getting fed up with waiting!
And what's with Mastercollector? They make the box art into puzzles and the 12" has about 9 pieces....while the 3 3/4 inch isn't gonna be complete until the Con! It's got like 16 small pieces! WTF? What is it with all this waiting? I'm goin nuts!!!
Yeah, I've decided to get some of the 25th Annivesary stuff and decide for myself! I do like what I've seen of the Cobra officers and the Cobra Soldiers...and the V1 Snake eyes looks cool...sooooo....you never know!
