I have to say that I think all these figures look totally freaking awesome. I even like the AlleyViper, the gear rocks and the orange is not offensive, even though it would look better in black or gray probly. I am pumped about all these guys. I am especially impressed with the Strato Viper and the Lamprey. Im gonna need several of those Lampreys. I never liked the original, they were too smooth and egg like for me. But this one looks great.

The Gunship.
The Cobra's Gunship is the only good vehicle in the movie toys.

They all look great to me!
Is it just me, or is "SPC Altitude" pretty clearly supposed to be classic Rip Cord? The name may be different to separate him from the movie version, but he sure looks a lot more like Rip Cord than Sky Patrol's Altitude! Assuming this was Hasbro's intent, I think it's a great way to satisfy fans who wanted an ARAH-style Rip Cord but were afraid they wouldn't get one because of the movie!
EDIT: Oops, just noticed that Sonneilon had already called him "Rip-ti-tude." That's what I get for not reading closely enough!

So, I just went to that site to check my preorder status for the new battle packs and they show me not having any preorders. On top of that I can't find them to re-preorder. These people just lost a customer... if they are that iresponsible with a preorder, then I would never give them my money.

Hrm, I got an email yesterday confirming my preorder, shows up on my account on their site. This was just for the Arctic HISS, what had you pre-ordered? I am amazed that the Stinger was already out of stock when I got on the site just hours after it was mentioned here.

Seems the best way to get a stinger on pre order is to buy the set offered or keep checking the site. The same thing occured last time they were avail on BBTS.
