Bench Press was originally intended to be a RoC Rock 'n' Roll but Hasbro couldn't clear the name rights internationally so it was changed to Bench Press as a new character but they messed up and forgot to change the filename on the filecard. So yes this is a new character but someone didn't do a good enough check of the filecard copy before he went into production.
