Default Q: Which Joes Work Best in a Team?

Greetings Mortals!

Okay, this might be a bit strange, maybe more deep than needed for toys, but I do wonder about team cohesiveness in the teams I take photos of. Who works well together, who not to pair together, who's personality might over dominate the others on the team, etc.

As I get back into Joe collecting since the 80's, I find myself questioning the logical choices for various Joe teams I assemble for missions. All the Joes have different personalities, all are professionals, yet in real life there are always personalities that do not mesh well with others in a group. In a reprint of a Marvel comic in the Deep-Six / Rock-n-Roll comic pack, Wild Bill takes offense at the indifference of Deep-Six when Wild Bill complimented him on his flying skills. Wild Bill had to be held back from swinging a punch. In real-life, I work often with programming teams, and although everyone in a team is a professional, there is always someone who doesn't quite work well with the others in the team.

When assembling teams for Joe adventures, do any of you take into account the different personalities, and if any of those personalities might cause conflict in the team? Sometimes I kinda wish there was a chart of who not to pair together with, and those who do work well--of course all depending on the mission. When taking photos of our Joe teams, I often wonder how cohesive that team is. Strange maybe, it also ties in a bit with the company I work for (we do research into team cohesiveness/people profiles).
