There is NO shortage on oil, they said the same thing in 1972, and gas is still less than a dollar in Saudi Arabia! We have a oilman as President & a oilman as Vice-President, and we have been fed a steaming pile of Bush-shit! I would love to see what the net-worth of these two is now compared to in 2000. If oil is drying up explain $36,000,000,000 in profit for a quarter! One of the problems is refineries, they are near capacity, we need more refineries to turn crude into gas. Remember last month OPEC had a surplus of crude, there is no shortage.
