1st - Destro. When I'm playing with him I always try to do a voice between the one from the cartoons and Darth Vader's voice.
2nd - There are many. I can say Crystall Ball is one of them. He work's like an advisor to Cobra Commander when mystical matters shows up. In my 'verse COBRA Commander has the same search for the Graal and such things like they pictured Adolf Hitler at the Indiana Jones movies.
3rd - Yes I can. Headman, with all the steriotypical clothes looks like a joker, but with in a moment's notice he become a deadly shooter.
