Time for another update; I had my second chemo session yesterday, and once again, so far, so good as far as the side effects go (hopefully it stays that way). Now I just have to wear the darn annoying slow release pump for the next two days. My blood count was a little low again (the main tumor is still bleeding), so I may need another transfusion depending on how that progresses, I'll just have to wait and see.

Darn my habits as a lurker. my mom went through chemo for breast cancer once, though not nearly to the extreme as you are. she's been a survivor for atleast 5 years now. from what i hear i can tell it's rough, but every day IS a gift and not a given right (if i may quote nickleback).

the fact that you're still positive and posting epic pictures is proof of why we all like ya so much. i'd have to say we need to gather your photos up in a book and see if we can publish them through hasbro, your shots surpass their crappy advertising by a long shot.

keep fighting the good fight!

The fact that your body is coping is a good sign. I know that cancer with spread has a high mortality rate but some do survive it, it can just as well be you! Belive it!

Update number...er, whatever. I just got home from my third chemotherapy session and I'm not feeling too bad. The side effects are becoming a little more pronounced with each treatment, but are still manageable, and I have to admit I am feeling better overall, so the benefits outweigh the negatives thus far. My wife and I have taken up walking again, and I'm able to go a little further each day without feeling exhausted afterwards. I'm also doing weights again, no where near what I was doing beforehand, but it's a start. I have one more session left before having more scans to see if it has had any effect on the tumors.
