City Strike Snake eyes...what's the appeal?
Some figures I just NEVER understood the fascination with. Firefly never really impressed me much in the comic, or the action figure, but for some reason, people go Ga-Ga over him. And from the prices I see at BBTS and Smalljoes, it seems like everyone is impressed with City Strike Snake eyes...so question...WHAT IS THE APPEAL? What is so great about this guy? Not knocking him, he looks Ok, but I just think there are other versions of Snake eyes that are as good if not better.....
Discuss....

I tend to go ga ga over Lady GaGa myself. As for this SE, I just won him on ebay for about 1/3 of the price that Small Joes is pimping him at. But anyway...

Ok, ok, I get the whole "Resoulte" thing, but what I meant was, WHY is he so cool? Is that it? It's a "Brand" thing? Like Jordace and Swatch in the 80's? Both were pieces of crap as far as Jeans and watches went, but they were "Designer" and "Brand Name" , like Tommy Hilfiger so everyone had to have them because if you didn't you were "poor" and sucked! So If I remade Iceberg for Example and put "Resolute" on the package, or even made a Spirit figure like the one in Resoulte, it would be going for $34 on Smalljoes and BBTS?
I was kinda hoping someone would say something like, "yeah, he's got the new Waist/Hip articulation" or "He comes with a Superbad-ass gun and detachable Swords". But the only reason people want him is that he was molded after the Character in Resolute? Hmmmm....maybe I should save my cash and buy another 25th Black Commando Version......
