Default Weird packaging

I was at TRU tonight and saw something weird. The package was Bench Press, but inside was Hawk. Front and back card art was clearly Bench Press, with no evidence of tampering.

I'm guessing this was just sloppy packaging and not some weird swap-out by a crazy collector. Why would anyone do this?

Anyone else seen weird packaging mistakes like that?

RePack attack! I would think such different figures would not be available to be mixed at the factory

yeah dude, the re-packers can swap out figures with little to no evidence with the RoC packages since the bottom is a rectangle. Ive seen them just slit the bottom and put a piece of tape over it, and it looks factory sealed...

Bad move on hasbro's behalf.

But aren't these things kinda hard to do figure swaps? I'm sure it's doable and these guys actually don't care if it's good or bad. Just enough to get their money as a return or something... But anyway, yeah.

Couldn't they just waltz in and say "Hey I bought this for my kid and got the wrong one can I do an exchange?" But I guess if they opened figure A, that would be tough. But Hawk was not the most common figure to find...I could see some of the versions of Duke or the umpteenth Viper...Just seemed weird.
