Collection section's collocation.
Please put latest collections under latest files in the front page.

I think the collection section should have its own button at the top of the page like dioramas, photos and forums that way we could find it.

I agree... it could replace the User CP button (I never use it, nor do I even know what its for). Just a friendly suggestion.

It is not necesary to replace the USER CP button.... there are space for another one.
