Sure Black out might have the advantage on the battlefield with his sniping skills but Agent faces counter that by disgusing himself as a cobra opperative and shoots him in the back.
Agent Faces win.

honestly dont care about either of these two. i dont see them as little more then greenshirts, so whoever wins, will probably lose in the next round.
