I need this to finish a series.
This I'm sure is off topic.
I'm looking for a Marvel Legends Showdown figure.
The one I'm looking for is the Berserker Wolverine. I thought I had won one off of ebay, but after about 30 days and tons of excuses the Seller has given me I don't think he's going to send it.
I will pay cost and shipping so if you can help let me know.

I was looking at store price plus shipping, but I do understand this figure is getting harder to find. So whatever you think a fair price. I'm not really happy with the fact that this jerk on ebay took my money and now in order to complete the series I need to buy another. Anyway let me know how much.
