After reading through the entries, I decided on fireflyed's entry. I had several great entries and it was a tough choice. Here's his bio for the figure.
Code Name: High-Tower
Real Name: Sebastian Coburn
Birthplace: South Freeport, Maine
Specialty: Combat Controller
Bio: Have you ever wondered how the military is able to guide a thousand pound bomb through an open window and plant it right in the lap of the enemy? Or how a squad of Blackhawk helicopters is able to land in hostile territory in the middle of the night without a hitch? Well the answer is simple: High-Tower.
Ever since he was a child, Sebastian was always obsessed with having newest gadget and the latest electronics. This obsession stayed with him throughout his entire life. Lucky for him, he has a pedigree as pretty as his face and father who indulged his son's constant cries for new things. The son of Senator, who was a son of a Senator, Sebastian was being groomed for greatness, but all that changed when he entered the service. At his father's request he joined the Air Force, hoping a quick stint on a cushy base would strengthen his political background. But as usual technology pried him away. During basic training he was introduced and recruited to become a combat controller. He was captivated by all the training they had to go through, and loved the idea of inserting alone and reeking havoc.
After over two years of training he became active and quickly one of the best combat controllers in the force, he has worked with every branch and every specialty. His skills in infiltrating an enemy, painting a target with a guidance laser and guiding in the payload are unmatched. And you won't find a better air traffic controller in the world better than him, not to mention one that can do the job while being shot at. Its no wonder G.I. Joe came and got him, they'd be crazy not to.
"It’s like this, say your flying blind, you lose navigation, whatever. You need a reference point right? Something to look up at and to orient yourself. Here's what you do. You get me on the horn. I'm your reference point, baby. I'm your High Tower."
I'll be updating my website to reflect the winner in the next few days. Thanks to all who entered!!
