G.I. JOE: AMERICA'S ELITE #25 "WORLD WAR III (part 1 of 12)
ok, im cool for the comic and all but its not the same .Tim Seeley is the best byfar in drawing joes . im sure all of you have seen that there is a 6 cover set to the upcomming book. this is the info. Starting on March 29th, Devil's Due Publishing will begin releasing portions of the cover to G.I. JOE: AMERICA'S ELITE #25, containing all 233 members of the G.I. JOE team. The cover will be divided into six sections total, one being revealed every Tuesday and every Friday until all six sections have been shown. what i had read so far this book is good.but the art work sucks.just by looking at the covers you can tell. http://www.yojoe.com/25thcontest/0328.shtml , http://www.yojoe.com/25thcontest/0330.shtml ,
one more thing ,233 members , theres more then that right ?

When it comes to Joe artwork, the 3 W's were the greats: Wagner, Wigham and Wildman.
Trimpe had his good and bad days.
Most recent artwork leaves me cold. I like the idea of showing every member, though they used the Devil's Due look for Jinx, of course. I want toy appearance looks. Hawk in the wheelchair...not cool. Is that Duke in a turtleneck?

A-man, Trimpe was great on his own, but when Andy Mushynsky inked his stuff, it was awful. I go for combos, like:
Wagner & Fredericks
Wildman & Emberlin, Wildman & Baskerville
Bright & Emberlin
Trimpe & Trimpe

1) Storm Shadow;
2) I think Sparks, but I must search in the comic book;
3) One of the Sky Patrol.
