Random Thread: Larry Hama's acting career
I was watching MASH with my wife and in one of the episodes Larry Hama was playing a North Korean. Just thought it was funny. If you're interested, it is season 5 episode 9, "The Korean Surgeon."

Is that the episode where Hawkeye and BJ find out that a captured Korean is a surgeon, so they fake documents so he can work with the 4077?

Yep, Hama and another guy come into the 4077 to steal some supplies and the surgeon warns Radar that they are the enemy.

To watch that show one episode per week when it was still on the air was one thing, but to watch a couple episodes every day all week long, you really start to notice that they use the same pool of seven or eight Asian actors to play the Koreans and Chinese. I know Mako (who was Japanese) and Soon Tec Oh got a lot of work on the show. I wonder how many episodes Larry Hama appeared in.
