I'm with Hershel on this.

I like the story of the Stalls, and I really like the Blackout figure; but as far as canon, I don't know anything about these two guys.

Blackout never struck me as an overly smart guy and Agent Faces being an undercover agent... he could disguise himself up and take out Blackout before he even saw it coming. SO therefore, Agent Faces wins. BUT if it was Zartan vs Faces... well...

A man like Blackout is down for anything as long as it is in his best interest. If Agent Faces makes one mistake, Blackout will gut him. But for those of us who go by toys and not comic, I had completely forgotten that Blackout was Plague. But the way I see it, the Plaque (that's right, teeth stuff) needed a sniper and frankly there ARE no sniper on the Cobra side as far as I can recall. Baroness? Storm Shadow? shrug I still say Agent Faces cuz I figure he might just shoot first when he makes that mistake. But it's hard to say. WHAT if Faces thinks, "This is Barrel Roll's brother, I can't..." That hesitation could cost him his life, yes? But like I noted, I don't see Blackout being all that. A sniper, not THE sniper. Crosshair, Bombstrike or LowLight could nail him without a thought.
