Default Is it a sign.....?

That all the ARAH Action figures (except the Large Boxed sets) sold out at this years Con? I mean last year the stuff at LEAST hit Mastercollector's website for a few weeks before Steeler and Rip It Sold out. But this year EVERY ONE of the souviner sets SOLD out! Maybe I'm just hoping, but it just seems to me to prove that Collectors PREFER Arah Molds.Am I wrong?

I'd like to see what would happen if the Con Sets were 25th anniversary figures. Maybe next year they can do two 3 3/4" sets and see which ones sell out faster!Do you think they would sell as well? Open fire....

I personally think the sets will sell WELL regardless of the era of figures involved. It's what the set is ABOUT that sells 'em. Apparently, there must be some sort of desire for urban action. OR it's because the scalpers could buy as many as they want (or something like that).

I'm still waiting for a Bastard Era con set! 25A would be fine too, but c'mon... Hasbro couldn't repaint the VvV Vipers??? Shoot, what about a RESCUE JOE COLTON set that would be based off... off... Whatever that 6-pack was called w/ Colton, Interrogator, etc.

This year's con set was a so-so purchase for me, and that's with o-rings. If the con set ever goes "25th", I'll save my money. I don't buy junk no matter how rare it is.

Well I'm all for 25ths as far a heavy collecting I can't lie about it, but there are a few o-ring figs I'd get if I could find them.

I think the SWAT team sold out because it was excellent molds with excellent paint schemes. The Hotwire was also different enough with an unreleased mold that he garnered a lot of attention, but I don't think he'll maintain the $100 price tag he went for after the Con forever.
