Default Q: Star Wars heads and Joes

To the customizers out there, is there a way to make a Star Wars head fit on a Joe body, or vice versa? It would be great to be able to cross populate between the lines. Any help would be appreciated.

This was posted over at Hiss tank. It looks like it should work.

I've used that method a lot and it works great!

I used a Bombstrike head. I shaved down the head - face, hair etc. I fitted the Starkiller head over the new post. A dab of superglue and the head is ready for painting.

I used sticky-tac on the one SW head I have transplanted. It works well and give the head "poseability without permanence." It also works on Joe heads whose neck slots are slightly larger than the neck posts. (Cuts down on the wobble bobble head syndrome.)

Np I just seen that thread a few minuets before I read this post. I haven't tried it yet but it looks darn clever.
