More 25th Announced
Not sure if we've all seen this yet, but there's been an official announcement of a new upcoming wave of 25th Anniversary figures:
- Wild Bill
- Major Bludd
- Spirit Iron Knife
- Cobra Viper
- Hiss Tank Driver
- Duke w/Jet Pack
- Snake Eyes V4
We knew Wild Bill and Major Bludd were coming (and I think Spirit too), but a Viper should be pretty cool, and I hope Duke w/jet pack comes with a Snow Job rifle and some dynamite so he can re-enact the beginning of G.I. Joe: The Movie! Oh, and Snake-Eyes v4 was the very first version of the character I ever owned, so even though it's yet another SE, I'll actually be looking forward to this one!
Plus, I don't think this info has shown up here either-- These were apparently found in Wal-Mart computers as even more upcoming product:
Single Card Figures
65356932485 GIJ SINGLE HAWK
65356932488 GIJ SINGLE BAZOOKA
65356932491 GIJ SINGLE BARBECUE
65356932494 GIJ SINGLE STORM SHADOW
65356932499 GIJ SINGLE SERPRENT
65356932501 GIJ SINGLE BAT
Comic 2-Packs
65356931529 GIJ SNAKE EYES AND HARD MASTER
65356931530 GIJ BEACHHEAD AND MAINFRAME
65356931531 GIJ SCRAP IRON AND WILD BILL
I'm psyched for Hawk (who I assume is in his bomber jacket) and Bazooka, for sure. I've never been a big BAT fan, but I'll get one, at least. No one seems to know if "Serprent" is a Snow Serpent or Serpentor. And with the announcement of Snake-Eyes v4, I hope this Storm Shadow is the v2 mold painted in Ninja Force colors (my favorite look for him!).
Don't really care about the Hard Master... Mainframe will be great, even if I do have to get a second Beachhead to acquire him. Not sure what Scrap-Iron and Wild Bill have in common, but I'll definitely get that so I can finally have a 25th Scrap-Iron to hang with Firefly!

i knew about some of these for awhile, but i hear that there are no plans for a snow serpent, and i also know that there is plans for a old school serpentor, so thats my guess on the serpent. do you know any more codes for the 25th joes at wal-mart?

So that's how you got them so fast! I have a problem paying shipping on things I know will show up eventually, but my impatience coupled with the glacially slow appearances of these things lately may force me to order them too.
