I would argue that it is worth $40 bucks. 14 Gas mask troopers = instant army builder or addition to your existing army.

You could actually win the auction for under $50, keep the figures and sell off the Con box and walk away pretty well! I think this guy is more stupid than he is smart. And he's got a buttload of Lady Jayes lying around somewhere!
