I'm setting up a thread for my ongoing dio-story, might help me keep everything in one place.

"This latest part of the leaked files from the British Government's "SECTION D" reveals the aftermath of the incident involving James (Destro) McCullen's crashed Jaguar on the downtown streets of Gran Mayoria, an oil and mineral-rich country in Latin America. John Smith, a well-connected reporter at Fochs News, tries to report the story."
