PDF format help!!

I'm up to page 24 using Comic Book Creator, and I wanted to share my progress with a friend, so I published it to a PDF file. Then I find out the PDF is HUGE!! Like 48 Megs! Ungh! I bought CBC so I could make dios that were more easily portable, no I find that they are HUGE! Now I know why some of you make yours in chapters! Is there any setting or software out there that can crunch the size of these dios? I'd like to publish a "War and Peace" sized Dio that could come in under 10 Megs!

My dio's around 24 pages too and I'm coming in at 4.21mb. I'm not sure, maybe your pics are of higher quality or you are publishing them at a higher quality. I seriously don't know, dawg.

Comic book creator still rocks! But if anyone can tell me how to compress PDF's EVEN MORE, I'd appreciate it! Last edited by ender098 : 01-17-2007 at 10:27 AM.

ender098 Veteran Offline --> Posts: 3,665 --> Join Date: Dec 2005	I was gonna try to run it out to about 250 pages. I have a HUGE story to tell. But I think I'll just cut it into chapters to conserve hard drive space! I'll try and get out the first chapter soon......it's almost done!
