Geocities GI JOE Websites Closing Next Month
Geocities is kaput as of October 2009 (thanks, Yahoo
 ), I thought I'd list some websites that will be gone, though most are derelict at this point (fans who've moved on), but there's some I'll miss. Special Ops The Joe Nook BAAT 37 Mr Arashikage's Dio Stories (I think this website's creator is still active) GI JOE Singapore Darkhawk's GI JOE page Trooper's GI JOE Homepage Skyknight's GI JOE Page Sagaknow GI JOE Cobra Command Custom Figures There's more out there. |

That's a shame, I started out there in 2002 (wow has it been that long) and I think some of the pages might still be there (nothing not on my normal site too though).

Actually I'm moving my stuff to Yola. THANKS Sonneilon! I can't make it exactly like my Geocities site but it is free & easy to use.
http://goldbug.yolasite.com/dioramas.php I was going to use Google pages but it's not as easy as Yola. I was also surprised to find out that my Angelfire/Lycos site was still up. Unfortunately the e-mail I signed up with is defunct. The company went under. I tried to get them to reset it but they want my street address I signed up with. I never signed up with that info because it was never required. So instead of giving me other options etc they just replied with the same question.
