Default Assault/Defense of Cobra Island

Just got my two packs (joe and cobra) of the Assault and Defense of Cobra Island. I do have a few questions... but the only one that comes to mind at the moment is Ripcord.. where does that hose plug into? Did Hasbro forget that?

How about the freaking cross bows don't fit on the backpacks of the alley vipers. They just fall off. What are those pink balls the lampreys come with and what am i supposed to do with them. I'll keep up coming as well. I haven't opened the joe pack yet. cheers

I don't think Rip Cord's hose plugs in anywhere. I think they were just trying their best to approximate the original Rip Cord with already-existing parts. They did a good job, but I wish they'd picked a better head, as the Red Star head sits way too low on the neck, and looks far too old to be Rip Cord, who was traditionally depicted as a young character!

I used one of those little clear bands that hold accessories in the figures' hands in the package to hold the Alley Viper's crossbow on his pack. It works, and it's not very noticeable.

The pink balls are creeper bombs from the Marvel Comics issue (44, maybe?) that introduced Dr. Mindbender and the B.A.T.s. They should go inside the B.A.T.'s canister/backpack. I think Hasbro just packaged them under the Lamprey because there was no room near the B.A.T. The idea is that they will grow to become the purple creeper vines that are packed behind the B.A.T.

Guys Ripcord is Black! Altitude should be called Freefall since that's the name he's stealing
