Things to hate about the 25th....
I know some of us hate all the 25th crap Hasbro is shelling out, but then there is some like me, who hate SOME stuff that comes out.
So, what do you not like about the 25th?
I HATE the Armadillo Tank. for me it is too small......
I also can't stand how when some comic packs they release a really cool figure but pair him up with some Piece of Crap that you do not need.

thats not just the 25th, a lot of the ARAH vehicles were not nearly as big as they should have been, and go back a few years to the 2 packs, they would put one cool figure in, and one that sucked. so these complaints arent just the 25th, but all of GI Joe...star wars too. we buyers may hate it, but you have to admit that hasbro is smart in knowing we'll pay more money out for them.

I think most people around here know my thoughts on the 25th figures by now, so perhaps I'll refrain just this once!

I wish hasbro would:
-Get the proportions right. WIld Bill and his small head and Breaker and his big head are 2 examples
-Articulation. They shoulda put a peg swivel on a crotch piece instead of the chest rotator. The arms on most of the figures have a lot to be desired. Make 'em bend 90 degrees or more. Double joint them like the knees? Otherwise, everything is pretty top notch except for some of hte chosen characters.
-Vehicles. Where are they? Why are we getting 'crap'? SHARC before f'n VAMP? WTF?

Seriously?
Seriously?.. do we really need another thread to diss the 25th product.. I don't like it.. but I aint going to spend the next 10 days contributing to a complaint I've been writing up on since the beginning of the year..
Go and see my 25th Storm Shadow review.. and you'll be able to read the problems I have with the 25th stuff.

Exactly Rich, that's why I let this one go.

smart? get smart?
I dont think Hassbro is smart. WHY would you make a non-desirable figure to go with a cool one? Put two cool ones, or two of the same figure.

And I appreciate the restraint from both of you!!
Everyone knows I'm a big 25th supporter, but I'll describe my few issues here:
As was mentioned above, range of motion in some of the articulation is pretty bad, and I hate the wrist swivel in Duke's arms!! While not a fan of the chest joint, I do think they've gotten better at disguising it, so I don't dislike as much as I used to.
I guess my biggest complaint is issuing characters multiple times in color schemes I'm not interested in, then releasing them later on in colors that I like (after I bought the original with the assumption my preferred colors would never come out)!! I bought the first battle helmet Cobra Commander, then they later released a far more cartoon-accurate one in the ranking officers pack, so I got him again... and now they're releasing the best one yet in the final cartoon pack! Likewise for Wild Bill-- I wouldn't have bought the drab single-carded version if I'd known they'd be putting out a blue/orange cartoon version in a comic pack (though I'll get the comic pack anyway for Scrap-Iron).
I would complain that Hasbro is trying to make me spend $15 for Steeler's head since I have no interest in the Armadillo, Air Chariot, Serpentor, or Steeler's body... But I looked closely at that head in the store today, and it doesn't even look like Steeler!
So anyway, that's about it... My love of the 25th far, far, far outweighs any complaints I have!

Does "nothin" count?
Actually, as huge a supporter of the line as I am, I realize it has it's flaws:
1) Duke arms. I've never been a huge fan of Duke, but when his crappy arms were used for Flint, it was ON!!! And I do think it's a real shame those arms have been used for so many of the original 13.
2) Articulation. I wish there was a standard all the figures had to adhere to (Tomax and Xamot would actually be a decent standard); the only exception being where the wrist cut is.
3) Hands should be standard, though I do appreciate the fists.
4) Repainting heads. No. Just... no.
5) They STILL haven't released all the characters from '85
Have fun, all!!!
